MindfulKinder is a program designed to help children, individuals, and families instill mindfulness as a part of their everyday lives and bring more happiness to the forefront and kindness in their lives. This one of a kind program guides you through the A, B Cs of mindfulness - Attention, Balance, and Connection.
Each course can stand alone or they can be enjoyed one after the other to best discover the key to happiness through mindfulness. Each course includes four main concepts and dozens of activities designed to promote and create a language of mindfulness in your mind, home, classroom, office or clinic. The activities, ideas, and words are directed mainly for children ages 4-12, although they apply to all ages including adults.
