Requesting a Refund for Seminars and Courses
- Payments for seminars are refundable within 72 hours prior to a seminar unless an emergency situation arises.
- Payments for online course are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with any of the courses that you purchased, we we will be happy to transfer the remaining content to another person.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
