The MindfulKinder program is designed to help individuals and families bring mindful moments into their daily routine, one concept at a time. When a new habit of mindfulness takes hold, hearts and minds change. The best way to form these habits is by incorporating them into your current routines, such as before brushing your teeth, before bedtime, when you first wake up, at the beginning or end of class, when you arrive home, before you eat, on the way to or from school or the office.
