Connection is the third and final course in the MindfulKinder program, which helps individuals and families bring mindful moments into their daily routine, one concept at a time. When a new habit of mindfulness takes hold, hearts and minds change. Throughout the weeks you will learn about four concepts to help you and the children in your influence come back to the present moment and manage emotions in a healthy way. The concepts in Connection include 1) seeing interconnectedness 2) ability to feel and connect to the heart 3) experiencing and sharing goodness, and 4) building confidence and compassion. The lessons in Connection help children put their heart first as they connect to the world around them.
